Is it safe to use the Foot Massage Mats?

The massage mat sets are made of non-toxic materials and designated to be used from the age of 1 years old. We recommend parents to introduce their children to the mats, so they would be familiar with surfaces. Also it would be an extra precaution to monitor how your baby interacts with the mat and help them walk on it. But we are sure that you will do that any way :)
When I should not use these mats?

If you have a damaged skin surface(cuts, burns etc.). Otherwise there is no restriction on the use of the mats.
Why should I use these mats?

From what age the mats should be used?

The most foot massage mats can be used when you baby starts first attempts in walking. Generally it happens around 1 year old. Some mats are better to be used after 1.5 years old, each set has a recommended age of use in their description. E recommend to start from the set 2 and 13 (“Baby”) as it includes only soft tiles that will be perfect for “the first time walkers”.

What if my child already has a flat foot?
Answer :
The child’s feet continue developing up to 6 years old. Most infants are born with a flexible, flat foot, and as they learn to walk, their medial plantar arch begins to develop. If you have a diagnosed case of flat feet, walking on the mats is recommended. Particularly the “Profi” Set 3 will be useful as it includes wave’d puzzles which will be very useful in correcting the flat foot.
How to clean the mats?
Normally you can use simple water and air dry the mats out of reach of direct sunlight or heat elements. Yet when you need to make a deep cleaning of the mats, please, use 3% hydrogen peroxide or soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning solutions.
